Harold Fry's Unexpected Journey
Following the author's popular novel about an elderly man's road trip was adapted into a 2023 film, it featured a few lovely tracks by artist Sam Lee. More recently, fellow folk artist Passenger provided the songs for the theatrical version, which will relocate to the city's performance hub in winter. The musician's collection of track versions, called One for the Road – with additional tracks that weren't included in the stage production and a feature from performer Jack Wolfe, who acted as the show's Balladeer – is ready to stream.
Alice's Tea Party
The dance company is providing this holiday tale a contemporary twist this winter, with Ebony Scrooge at Sadler's Wells. Returning a decade, Kate Prince's company reimagined the Lewis Carroll classic with this Royal Ballet commission. Streaming on the online platform.
